COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to effectively train personnel to the advanced level of investigation of aircraft accidents. This is carried out in accordance with ICAO and FAA regulations and covers investigation techniques, accident reporting forms, and the effective management of resources (time, personnel, funds, etc). High importance is attached to the advanced field training provided where the participants will gain firsthand experience and knowledge of the intricacies involved in conducting an investigation to reach a successful conclusion. In the event of an aircraft accident, various organizations such as Police, Civil Defense and Hospitals etc would be inevitably involved. This course also dedicates time on how to effectively coordinate with all these agencies and organizations.

REQUIRED PARTICIPANT QUALIFICATIONS
  1. This course is considered vital for Pilots, Safety Program Managers, Field Inspectors and Flight Standard Personnel responsible for aircraft investigation, Engineering Support Personnel, Military Services, and Apprentice Investigators who may be called to provide assistance at an accident site.
  2. Good command of English is essential.
  3. This course has duration of 3 weeks.
