  1. Introduction to the management and communication principles.
  2. Human behavior and military briefing.
  3. Basic principles and procedures of the ground safety concepts.
  4. Safety and inspection programs.
  5. Ground accident investigation and reporting.
  6. Industrial safety, radiation hazards, laser safety, electrical and radiological protection.
  7. Flight line and traffic safety.
  8. Fire protection and control.
  9. Base facilities and construction safety and materials handling.
  10. Aeromedical safety 
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
  1. Develop safety checklists
  2. Understand ground safety concepts
  3. Know the principles and procedures of traffic, equipment and facility safety
  4. Conduct safety briefings
  5. Perform safety inspections
  6. Establish safety training program
  7. Write safety reports
  8. Manage the ground safety program
  9. Coordinate with the flight safety personnel
  10. Establish safety environment in the working area.
REQUIRED PARTICIPANT QUALIFICATIONS
  1. This course is considered vital for Engineering Support Personnel, Safety Program Managers and Field Inspectors. It is a vital course which will enhance the employees knowledge and ensure understanding of ground safety principles and procedures.
  2. Good command of English is essential.
  3. This course has a duration of 4 weeks
